Because Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt Training focuses on the overall development of their personal skills in problem-solving, students would be able to use it for team-based projects and assignments – and by practicing it in an environment with less risk, they’ll be able to toggle and learn it more effectively and efficiently. The experience that they will have will be more of like a simulation – a preparation of their skills and knowledge when they step into the real world.
The Business Improvement Methodologies
With the Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification that we offer here at Maximum Potential, we teach our students and learners the values and the important factors that the business improvement methodologies of Lean Six Sigma has. These methodologies are the DMAIC and the DMADV.
DMAIC – which stands for (D) Define – (M) Measure – (A) Analyze – (I) Improve – and (C) Control is used in improving an existing business process or procedure. Its main essence is to make sure that there are little-to-no wastes in the processes involved, to make sure that the improvement of a certain business process is heightened.
DMADV, on the other hand, which stands for (D) Define – (M) Measure – (A) Analyze – (D) Design – and (V) Verify, is for the assurance that a new business process, product, or service is at its best and most effective standard.
Both of these are the main focuses of Lean Six Sigma both for the working professional’s goal and a student’s.
