If you’re looking for a company that can help you to improve your processes and ensure that you see results in no time, we are the perfect one for this. At Maximum Potential, we use a specific methodology that helps companies from all industries but mostly, those that are focused on manufacturing and fabricating products. Lean Six Sigma is a cost-effective method we like to implement and help companies that already know about it to use it in the right way.
After all, it comes from the term “Lean” and Kaizen methodology, which makes it be one of the most efficient ways to achieve improvement by solving problems and removing waste. Lean is a term that refers to offering better options and services to the client while also using fewer resources to achieve the results. As for the Kaizen methodology, it goes for “continuous improvement of the processes”, which means that unlike other methods, it is about constancy one the first improvement takes place.
If you aren’t familiar with it, don’t worry. Our company will assist and support you in everything you need, and even if you were aware of everything that needs to be done, a team is required. And our experts are more than well-trained and experienced to help you with the entire project.
What are the phases in Lean Six Sigma?
It has 5 phases in total:
To go through each one of these phases it is necessary to have the right experts that fulfill every role in the implementation.
Which are the roles and levels in the methodology?
Just like in karate, where belts and colors identify the ability and skills of the person, the same goes with Lean Six Sigma. It goes from white to black belts.
– White belts: only know the basics and report issues to the other roles.
– Yellow belts: are in charge of the white belts and take part in certain functions such as supervising the reports and issues.
– Green belts: have their own functions and areas to deal within the project. They supervise the previous ones and report everything to the following belt.
– Black belts: can be mentors, coaches, leaders, and the ones in charge of a project and several areas.
– Master black belts: just like the previous ones, but they have a more specific and focused task which is related to the culture change and planning the entire project of implementing the methodology.
In our company, our team has each member—more than one per role—and thanks to them, we are capable of providing the best Lean Six Sigma Consulting Services. However, we also provide Training for those interested in learning and become part of the team.
We have many options and services, but if there’s something you should keep in mind all the time is that we will assist and advise you in everything you need to make this happen and improve your processes.
Dont be shy, Just tell us about yourself and we’ll figure out the best option for you and your project.
Helping organizations and the people who work there reach their full potential.
