– White belts: only know the basics and report issues to the other roles.
– Yellow belts: are in charge of the white belts and take part in certain functions such as supervising the reports and issues.
– Green belts: have their own functions and areas to deal within the project. They supervise the previous ones and report everything to the following belt.
– Black belts: can be mentors, coaches, leaders, and the ones in charge of a project and several areas.
– Master black belts: just like the previous ones, but they have a more specific and focused task which is related to the culture change and planning the entire project of implementing the methodology.
